This is the second time I am buying my glasses from Boots Opticians and I was impressed with their efficient service. They are friendly and very helpful especially that I wanted the glasses sooner and I got them a day earlier. I am very grateful to the entire team.

I had to wait 30 minutes beyond my appointment time for my contact lens check. Although staff were really helpful at sorting my eye test asap after as I was on a deadline, it wasn't ideal as everything felt rushed. This isn't the first time I've had to wait, it's a fairly common occurrence, which makes me think a) I shouldn't boom theatre tickets for straight after an appointment and b) Perhaps Boots should make each appointment 5 mins longer to avoid the backlog! The service was amazing in booths sedley! The optician that served me, young Asian man was fantastic! He was very friendly and gave great advice to me.
